Billing is essential to maintain operating capital. All of our billing is customized to meet our clients’ needs. After an initial audit of billing records is concluded, our graphic designers customize a billing reporting form. Once the billing is completed, summary reports are generated to highlight total billing and other useful information.
Our clients have the option to either send out their billing personally or to utilize our billing service to send them directly and receive an electronic media copy of the billing.
During our audit, outstanding receivables, payables and current expenditures are evaluated and recommendations are made to increase overall efficiency. Our services may be contracted to assist with implementing the recommended changes.
We also offer services to contact customers that require special attention to set-up payment arrangements and monitor payment histories.
